The Balloon Array for Radiation belt Relativistic Electron Losses is a NASA sponsored, multiple-balloon investigation that studies Earth's radiation belts.

The "evil twins" sunspot is also crackling with C and M class flares. Now it just needs to hold off until it moves around to the western limb and can be geo-effective.
